Shipping Policy
My Perfect Pet (MPP) ships our NATURAL FRESH FROZEN FULLY COOKED food directly to your home or office via FEDEX Priority Overnight to ensure your product is fresh and delivered the next day.
MPP ships Monday through Thursdays, excluding holidays, to ensure your food arrives in a timely manner. For your convenience and the comfort of your pets, MPP offers a “Recurring Order” program to ensure you always have Fresh food for the family.
Regarding Next Day Delivery
Fedex is no longer guaranteeing next day delivery, which means there is a chance your shipment may arrive a day or two late. Our products are frozen at the time they are picked up and most deliveries will arrive still frozen. Our food bars can be refrigerated for 3-5 days after thawing, so if the products are thawed or partially thawed when you receive them, they will still be just fine to feed your pets, as the cooler box will have kept them as cold or colder than your refrigerator. Some companies ship thawed, we take that extra step to ship frozen to ensure it stays as cold as possible during transit. Upon receipt, any food bars not being fed within the next day or two should be frozen and thawed before feeding.
We are unable to accept returns or credits after products are shipped, please confirm your acceptance of these terms prior to placing your order.
All shipments are coming from our new facility in Texas — please note: all shipments will now follow Central Time cut offs.
